My experience walking into Car Risma was excellent Ron and his workers again made the process pleasant I wanted a system added into my Jeep Wrangler he did a fantastic job I wasn’t happy with the first system they added so I went back and he explained to me that he would change out the speakers, he did and added better clear speakers which I have to say I’m so Satisfied with the new speakers he chose for clearer sound my system works so nice now clearer and louder I’m beyond Happy that they came thru and knew what I was talking about and fixed it. Well I picked up my jeep today 8/13/26 and I have to say my left ear is numb now 🤣 car Risma has been at the same location for yrs they also did my other car Infinity Q50 back in 2019 I believe that system too was great. The upgraded speakers and amp he added he didn’t charge me which I was shocked that he wanted to make sure I was happy I told him I would pay whatever I owe he said no Wendy I wanna make sure your happy and omg I am extremely grateful for them he put his customer first THANK YOU VERY MUCH RON AND YOUR WORKERS for being patient with me and making sure I was happy! I bought my rims from Carisma, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. The staff was helpful, answered all of my questions, and made everything simple. The pricing was fair, and I’m really happy with how the wheels look on my car. I would definitely recommend Carisma to anyone looking for quality rims and a smooth buying experience!

I brought my vehicle for tints. I requested 35% tint. They finished the job, however, comparing the work to my friend's car, (he has the same model, same 35% tint), his shade was slightly darker than mines. He showed me his receipt, from Boomers audio, in NH and confirmed the % tint. However, my receipt from carisma showed no such details apart from the services provided. I went back to carisma to inquire about my tint % and below is are the details from the response(s) I received from the owner: 1. They provided me with 40% tint. When i requested 35% 2. When i asked about why 40%, i was told that my factory windows are by default tinted by 5% so they use 40% for a final tint of 35% 3. After the fact that my tints were not the percentage i requested, ( confirmed with my dealership the windows were NOT tinted 5%), the owner stated that for me to get the darkness what i ORIGINALLY wanted, he would have to charge me the SAME price for the work as well as an additional charge for removal of the wrong tint that they installed!!! A month had not passed, but carisma conveniently states on the receipt , which does not detail the product provided, that refunds on services is cont

I bought a new radio for my 10 year old car at Carrisma. When there was a problem (glitchy), their first response was to change it out. Often, customers are asked to troubleshoot relentlessly. I needed good, consistent navigation and that’s what I have with the new install. I cannot recommend this business enough. If you want instructions you can understand, go to where words mean something and are backed up by professional action. Go to Carrisma.

My experience was fantastic. I was able to walk in there not sure what exactly I wanted. And one of the reps were able to help me find the exact rims tires and tints I wanted. The proses was seamless it was able to be done in one day, and the price matched the quote. I am entirely satisfied with the costumer service, and the services done on my car. 100% recommended… also try their waterless cleaner! work’s amazing just as good as a proper self car wash if not better this is now my go to cleaner! Thank you Ron and all your employees for your excellent service!
